Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 August 2026
InfraCue is an IT infrastructure operations platform operated by FullFunnelCo. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. It is written to describe what the product actually does.
Who we are
For any question about this policy or your data, write to support@infracue.com. We reply to every request about personal data.
What we collect, and why
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, work email, phone, company | You start a trial, request a demo, or apply to the Design Partner Program | To create your workspace and to reply to you |
| Your answers on the application form | You apply to the Design Partner Program | To decide whether the programme is a fit |
| Workspace data: tickets, assets, locations, users you add | While you use the product | It is the product. This is your data, held for you |
| Device names, IP addresses and status of equipment you choose to monitor | If you use Network Pulse | To show you what is up and raise incidents |
| Usage analytics: pages viewed, features used, plan and role | While you use the site or product | To understand what works and what does not |
| Login records and audit history | On sign-in and on changes | Security, and so you can see who changed what |
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. If you have consented, we may also use Meta and Google advertising cookies to measure whether our advertising works.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, none of this runs until you accept it.
Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default in those regions, and the
banner offers Decline as plainly as Accept. Declining does not limit the site.
Your choice is stored in a cookie named infracue_consent for six months;
clear your cookies to be asked again.
Cookies strictly necessary to run the site — your login session and the CSRF token that protects forms — are always set. Without them you cannot sign in.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your workspace data with other customers. Each workspace is isolated.
- We do not send raw email addresses or phone numbers to advertising platforms. Where we share audience data at all, identifiers are irreversibly hashed first.
- We do not use your workspace data to train models.
- We do not add you to a newsletter because you applied or started a trial.
Who else processes your data
- Hostinger — hosting and email delivery.
- Google (Analytics, and Ads if you consent) — measurement.
- Meta — advertising measurement, only if you consent.
- Razorpay — payments. Card details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
The monitoring collector
If you use Network Pulse, you run a script on a machine inside your own network. It is plain text you can read before running it. It checks only the devices you list, makes outbound HTTPS connections only, opens no inbound port, and needs no administrator rights. You can stop or remove it at any time without telling us.
How long we keep things
- Workspace data — while your account is open, and deleted on request.
- Applications and enquiries — up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Analytics — as configured in Google Analytics, currently up to 14 months.
- Security and audit logs — up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Write to support@infracue.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you why.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in a readable form. Access to customer data is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
Children
InfraCue is a business product and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects existing customers, tell them by email.
